Warranty

Every New Breed product is covered by a 2-year warranty that begins from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid if you provide your receipt, invoice or digital order confirmation when filing a claim during your 2-year warranty period. The legal warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage resulting from improper use.

In the event of damage or defects of one of the listed parts, please send an email to contact@newbreed.gg, along with a photo of the damaged product and proof of purchase.

You will have to pay the shipping cost to get the product to us for warranty handling. When we receive the information and the product, we will determine whether the damage or defect is covered by the guarantee.
