Ordering / Payment

How do I place an order?
You place an order by adding products to the shopping cart directly from the product pages. When you are done shopping around, then head to the cart for checkout, where you will be asked to:

  • Enter your name and delivery address
  • Choose your delivery method
  • Enter your name and billing address (if different from delivery address)
  • Accept the Terms and Conditions
  • Before you make the final confirmation and submit your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selection, check the total price of your order including the shipping charges.

After submitting your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. At that time we reserve the corresponding amount on your credit card, and we debit your card when we ship the goods.

If you pay by credit card, you will receive an e-mail containing your payment status.

As soon as the goods are shipped, you will receive a notification (the "Shipping Notification E-mail"). All orders are subject to availability of the products at the time of dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason.

Can I cancel my order?
In order to meet our commitment to you to ship your order as quickly as possible, we cannot promise you will be able to cancel or change an order once it has been placed. If you decide you no longer want your order, please contact customer care to cancel your order. Once the request is placed there is no guarantee that we can stop your order from shipping. If we can stop the shipment, you will see the cancellation reflected on Your Account in Order History.

If we are not able to stop delivery, please refuse delivery upon its arrival. We will issue you a refund of the purchase price once the product is returned to our fulfillment center.

Shipping /Delivery

What are my shipping options?
We ship default by Standard International shipping service. Depending on your location, you will experience either (1) receiving your delivery directly at your door, or (2) receiving a notification that your delivery is ready for pickup at a local pickup point.

There is a standard shipping fee for orders up to $150. If you order for more than $150 you are eligible for free shipping.

You will be able to pay for Express Shipping, if you choose this option in the checkout process.

We currently ship to most of Europe, contiguous United States and Canada.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
